Sales associates will be in charge of greeting customers, assess their needs, and recommend electronic products with clear demonstrations.

What You Will Do

1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
2. Understand customers needs and provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable electronic products such as mobile devices, accessories, home electronics, and related technologies.
3. Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits, and educate customers on new and emerging electronic technologies and trends.
4. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
5. Maintain product displays, pricing tags, and sales floor organization are well maintained according to company standards
6. Handle cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
7. Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner, in line with company policies.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service.
10. Communicate customer feedback, product issues, and sales trends to store management.
11. Attend all required training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills
